Under the auspices of the Minister of Health Dr. Adela Hammoud and the presence of Senior Deputy of the ministry Dr. Essam Namiq and directly supervised by Director General of the Public Health Directorate , Dr. Hassan Hadi Baqir, Public Health Directorate carried out a Workshop at the Mansour Melia hall for the period 2-3 / 9/2015 on services provided within the newborn care program , the main challenges and obstacles that face these services was discussed in order to find appropriate and practical solutions and workshop included explaining of these services in Iraq with the participation of representatives of UNICEF and a number of experts and stakeholders of program managers in maternal and child section
